What we do

Kept running, quietly.

Launch is where most software stops getting attention. It is where ours starts. Four kinds of work keep it healthy.

01

Monitoring

We set up checks for availability, error rates, background jobs, disks and certificates, route the alerts to us, and tune them until they only fire when something needs a person.

  • Uptime and synthetic checks
  • Error tracking and log alerts
  • Job queues, disks and certificate expiry

02

Updates

Small, regular upgrades are cheaper than a rewrite every few years. We keep runtimes, frameworks and libraries current, apply security patches on the schedule your plan sets, sooner for critical fixes, and test each change before it ships.

  • Security patches
  • Framework and runtime upgrades
  • Dependency updates with tests

03

Incident response

We triage the alert, restore service, then find the cause. You get a short written note on what broke, what we changed and what stops it happening again.

  • Triage and restore
  • Root-cause fixes
  • Plain-language incident notes

04

Infrastructure

We keep the ground under your software solid: servers and containers patched, backups taken and tested by restoring them, domains and certificates renewed, and cloud bills reviewed for waste.

  • Backups, tested by restoring
  • Domains, DNS and certificates
  • Cloud cost reviews

What we look after.

We work remotely, on US time zones, in English. We take on software built by others as readily as our own; the first step is always reading it.
